It's official, Floyd Mayweather Jr. has defeated Robert Guerrero by unanimous decision, 117-111 on all three judges cards. Mayweather pocketed $32 million this week, which tied his own record for the highest single-fight purse in boxing history.

Mayweather’s defense was so strong that Guerrero was unable to land a punch that slowed the undefeated champion. All three judges scored it 117-111.

Miley Cyrus announced on Twitter the good news (according to her) that she was named as No. 1 on Maxim's annual Hot 100 list.

"Didn't know this was coming out yet! I'm so happy to be #1 on Maxim's HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue," Cyrus tweeted on Friday, May 3.

Miley's tweet has an attachment photo of her from inside the mag showing her lay against a white background in just a gold bathing suit and gold jewelry.

Miley added,  "My 1st Instagram is dedicated to all my fans. Thank you for crowning me #1 [on] Maxim's Hot 100."

“No. That’s not me,” the Caloocan city councilor told the Philippine Entertainment Portal. “I would never do something like that. That’s not my nature.”

Her camp, reports said, will investigate the incident and is planning to seek the assistance of the National Bureau of Investigation.

Photo-editing experts analyzed the said photo and made opinion.

An art director from PEP said “Parang may smudge and may shadow sa chin,”. “Mukhang totoo yung katawan, parang nilagay yung ulo. Yung sa chin at neck parts, parang hindi consistent. Lumalabas na double ang chin niya, and it could be because hindi nalinis yung unang photos.”

Barretto vowed to enlist the help of the National Bureau of Investigation in finding out the source of the photos, which were originally published by tabloid Hataw on Friday.

Marjorie Barretto Admits Photo Scandal surface online

After denying the scandal photo posted by some bloggers, Marjorie Barretto, as confirmed by the actress-politician's legal counsel Atty. Lorna Kapunan, is indeed the woman in the scandalous photos now circulated online.

Earlier the actress denied and said during an interview with PEP, "No. That's not me," the Caloocan city councilor told the Philippine Entertainment Portal. "I would never do something like that. That's not my nature."

“She’s a mother, she’s very upset. She’s not running for any public office precisely because she wants to guard her privacy. She has growing up daughters and ang concern niya is they are in the formative years where they understand. That’s why we are also respecting the media na sana huwag na interviewhin si Marj,” Atty. Lorna Kapunan said in an interview with ABS-CBN News on Tuesday, May 7.

We received information that you have made public a write-up and two (2) very private photos of her, which were not intended for public consumption.
Please note that your publication of said article and the photos in your blog site is a clear violation of our client’s Constitutional right to privacy and a blatant defiance of Republic Act No. 9995 also known as the “Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.” Be informed that RA 9995 clearly and categorically punishes the act of publishing or broadcasting, or causing to be published or broadcasted, whether in print or broadcast media or through the internet, the photo of a person showing her private areas. To emphasize, the subject photos were intended not to be made public and your dissemination of these private photos was without our client’s consent.
The matter of the dissemination and uploading of the afore-mentioned photos is already the subject of an investigation by the National Bureau of Investigation. We are taking all legal steps to ensure that the right to privacy of our client is respected. We will pursue all the appropriate legal actions necessary to ensure that those principally responsible for this criminal action are punished.
